Fox News Crew Beaten & Hospitalized in Cairo


Deadline.com | FOX News Channel's veteran foreign correspondent Greg Palkot and his camerman Olaf Wiig have suffered severe injuries in Cairo while covering the unrest in the Egypt capital. Palkot was badly beaten and Wiig has a possible broken jaw after being attacked by pro-Hosni Mubarak supporters yesterday.

Anderson Cooper Attacked in Cairo


Infowars.com | CNN anchor Anderson Cooper and his crew were attacked by pro-Mubarak supporters in Cairo on Wednesday, according to news reports. Cooper was hit in the head numerous times.  Cooper went on the air soon after the attack and appeared unhurt. “The crowd set upon us,” Anderson explained and added he and his crew were “kicked and punched pretty well … before the mob forced us to seek safety.”
