Obama Administration Rejects Independent Board's Assessment of NSA Program

More evidence that President Obama is simply not up to the task of making major changes to roll back the police state.  With a perfect opportunity to seize upon an Independent review board's conclusion that the NSA's phone call collection program is illegal, the President instead gives further credence to the speculation that he is a child of the intelligence agencies (or perhaps fatally blackmailed by or simply just frightened of them).  

The White House on Thursday disputed the findings of an independent review board that said the National Security Agency's mass data collection program is illegal and should be ended, indicating the administration would not be taking that advice.
